We’re happy to announce our new user dashboard for NotificationAPI, allowing you to better manage and troubleshoot your notification service.
Prior to this, only developers could view the list of end-users and their preferences. This made debugging on a per-customer basis difficult for non-technical staff, and time-consuming for developers.
With this change, you can now access our in-house user dashboard, containing provided contact information and user preferences to debug notification errors. Now any member of your team can manage or update your end-users, their contact information, and user preferences.
To get started with our new user dashboard, sign in and head over to the Users tab.
