Insights V2 adds time-series charts across channels and environments for improved analytics and deeper breakdowns.

We’re releasing Notification Insights V2, a unified view of your notification system with time-series graphs for requests, sends, deliveries, opens, and clicks across all channels (email, SMS, push, in-app, Slack) and environments (production, staging, testing).
Insights V2 makes it easy for engineering and product teams to track trends, spot regressions, and debug delivery issues without stitching data from multiple providers.

Upgrade to Insights Pro to unlock:
- More granular filters
- Advanced breakdowns and drill-downs

Why it matters
Before V2, insights were basic and hard to act on. Now you can answer questions like:
- Are deliveries failing for a specific notification type in staging vs production?
- Did a template change impact open or click rates?
- How does performance vary across channels?
Get started
Navigate to your NotificationAPI dashboard and click the Insights tab. Use the upgrade option there to enable Pro.
