Today, we’re excited to introduce Email Open & Click Tracking in NotificationAPI, giving you deeper insights into how users interact with your email notifications.

Technical Implementation
The tracking system works by:
- Opens: Embedding a tiny, invisible pixel unique to each email
- Clicks: Using unique redirect URLs that log clicks before sending users to their destination
All of this happens automatically - no additional configuration required. Just check your logs to see the data.
Using the New Tracking Data
Getting Started
Navigate to your notification logs to see new tracking events:
- 📨
Opened
- When a recipient opens the email - 🔗
Clicked
- When a recipient clicks a link, including the specific URL
The tracking feature is automatically enabled for all email notifications. Simply check your notification logs to start seeing the tracking data.
